Special Issue in Vision Research
A special 2-day symposium celebrating the careers of Vivianne C. Smith and
Joel Pokorny was held in Chicago on September 6-7, 2007. Twenty-nine talks by
scientific experts focused on topics central to Vivianne and
Joel's research.
A special issue of Vision Research "Receptors, Retina, and Color" that covers
the symposium was published in November, 2008.
